How do you know when they are ready to eat?        
     

The fruit needs to be soft to the touch for best flavour and enjoyment. If they are too firm they will tend to be tart and lack the sweet guava flavours.

How do I store KiwiBerry when I get them home?
KiwiBerry must be stored in the refrigerator to maintain a longer shelf life. Once removed from the fridge they will have a 3-4 day shelf life depending on the room temperature.

Can I freeze KiwiBerry?
Yes, they can then be used in a number of food dishes including cooked deserts and drinks.

  How nutritious are KiwiBerry?
They are very high in antioxidants, Vitamin C, A and E as well as Potassium and Magnesium.

When are NZ KiwiBerry available?
NZ KiwiBerry normally appear in supermarkets from Mid February and continue to be available until mid April.



 
  Ripening & Eating  
 
NZ KiwiBerry should be allowed to ripen at room temperature. Their skin will begin to turn darker green and the berries will yield to gentle pressure.
